Fried Rice With Crab Meat
Ingredients:
- 10 ounces long grain rice, uncooked
- 4 ounces crab meat
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
Directions:
- Cook the rice, then drain and set aside overnight.
- Shred the crab meat.
- Heat the oil in a hot wok.
- Add the crab meat, then the egg and rice. Beat together.
- Season with fish sauce, soy sauce and pepper.
- Stir well and cook on high heat for approximately 3 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
- Sprinkle with onion and coriander leaves before serving.
