Fried Rice With Crab Meat

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces long grain rice, uncooked
  • 4 ounces crab meat
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice, then drain and set aside overnight.
  2. Shred the crab meat.
  3. Heat the oil in a hot wok.
  4. Add the crab meat, then the egg and rice. Beat together.
  5. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce and pepper.
  6. Stir well and cook on high heat for approximately 3 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
  7. Sprinkle with onion and coriander leaves before serving.
