Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Dash Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Cook rice using chicken broth.
- Sauté peppers and onion in butter in a small skillet until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Stir into rice.
- Season.
