One Pot Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds sausage, cut ¼ to ½ inch thick
  • 1 ½ cups rice, raw
  • ½ package onion soup mix
  • Seasoning to taste

Directions:

  1. Fry sausage down and remove excess grease.
  2. Add about 1 cup of water, onion soup and seasonings.
  3. Let cook for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Add rice and about 2 cups water.
  5. Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until rice is.
